Best beach in Phuket? | Freedom Beach | Phuket, Thailand

There are 2 ways to get to Freedom Beach:
It doesn't take very long to get down but it is a pretty steep hike. If you go before 3 PM, It's likely you'll have to pay 150-200 baht to get in.
2. By longtail boat from the southern end of Patong Beach. This, I heard is pricey at around 1500 baht Round-trip. But it only takes 10 minutes and no stairs.
Our hotel was right next to the trailhead so we opted for the hike. Is Freedom beach worth the hike down several 100 steps or a 1500 baht boat ride? You can decide for yourself after watching! :)
