If you try to show a presentation on a TV screen, will this webcam capture it? My old webcam makes the TV extremely wavy

Webcams have always been bad. Could this be the one that breaks the mould.

The audio really is terrible on this pricey camera. Don't buy it if you're expecting it to also fix your audio issues, despite all of Logitech's hollow promotional speak about the audio (hollow, as in what you hear from the crap microphone).
