Whether just starting out or looking to expand upon your guitar collection on a budget, the Yamaha LL6 is one guitar you will want to check out! A classic shape, provides a lot of sustain and a smooth Rosewood fret board means licks roar and fly effortlessly.

It is the perfect instrument to take with you when you want to jam with some friends, chill on the patio, or head out to the lake and not worry about it being a little beaten up in doing so.

For about $600, the updated Yamaha LL6 premium acoustic guitar delivers killer tone and playability at an affordable price. This guitar has a respectable amount of volume with fantastic sustain.

The Yamaha LL6 is part of Yamaha's L Series which more recent models also include ARE (Acoustic Resonance Enhancement). ARE is the process of artificially aging the top to have the guitar provide a sound that is more vintage or "broken in" sound chased by many. I think it is cool with today’s technology that through a process like this, you can essentially purchase a guitar that puts out a very good sound that is comparable to much higher priced and properly aged acoustic guitar; and all at a price point that doesn’t break the bank. Yamaha's quality is spot on, and the tone is well rounded: Warm, but not too muddy.

This Yamaha plays like a $1500-2000 guitar. I’m blown away.

I did the same as you. I went in the store not caring about brand name. I had a price point and looked for the best sounding guitar. I was surprised it was the Yamaha. The Martin's and Taylor's in the same price didn't sound nearly as good.

Great video. I'm trying to decide from a few: Yamaha, Eastman or Taylor 🤔 Not necessarily going for looks but rather sound tone ; however, love the Sunburst finish 😍
This Yamaha appears to have it all. Lots of great reviews. Steering more towards this particular one
