Man Fatally Shot in Park Slope

January 16, 2023 BROOKLYN, New York - At approximately 3:55pm, 84th precinct police responded to reports of shots fired near 4th Ave and Dean Street in the Park Slope neighborhood of Brooklyn.
Officers located a 32-Year-Man with a gunshot wound to the chest and rushed to Methodist Hospital where he was pronounced dead, police said.
A level one mobilization was initiated for a suspect search who is described as a black male wearing a blue hoodie that fled the scene on foot.
No arrests at this time.
