Aloo Bread Pakoda Recipe
Crispy outside, spicy inside — perfect with chai!

Ingredients (Simple & Basic):

For Aloo Stuffing:
• 3 boiled potatoes (mashed)
• 1 small onion (optional)
• 2 green chilies (chopped)
• mustard seeds
• ½ tsp turmeric
• Salt to taste
• Fresh coriander (chopped)
For Batter:
• 1 cup besan (gram flour)
• ½ tsp red chili powder
• Salt to taste
• Water (to make smooth batter)
Other:
• 4–6 bread slices
• Oil for deep frying
• Green chutney + ketchup for serving

Step-by-Step Recipe:
Step 1: Make the Stuffing
• Mash boiled potatoes.
• In a pan heat oil Add Mustard seeds ,Add onion, chilies, coriander, salt, turmeric, Potatoes.
• Mix well and keep aside.

Step 2: Prepare the Bread
• Take bread slices and cut them diagonally.
• Spread potato stuffing between two triangles (like a sandwich).

Step 3: Make the Batter
• In a bowl, add besan, turmeric,red chili powder, salt.
• Add water slowly to make a smooth batter.

Step 4: Fry the Pakodas
• Heat oil on medium flame.
• Dip the stuffed bread in batter and coat well.
• Deep fry until golden and crispy.

Step 5: Serve Hot!
• Serve with chutney and masala chai.
