Yeah it's basically a RAM Drive. The Windows OS for example has had software available for many years that can do this too, so it's great to see that Samsung has built this feature directly into their phones for free 👍

I'm watching this in my A53. The Oled screen is great. The front facing speakers and bottom work really well together. It's the same size as my hands. So it feels small, but it's fine. It also has contactless payment too 😊

According to tech reviews, this option is pretty much unnecessary given you got decent amount of ram (4 or 6gb)! Unless your running many new (and up-and-coming)
downloaded apps.

I think the Ram Plus is a gimmick. Here's an example. I've got the A52 5G which is has 6GB of Ram. Now that I just got One UI 4.1 update my Ram is set for 4GB by default with the option to set it to 6GB which the phone is anyway?? Feel like it's another trick from Samsung similar to throttling performance with their Flagships with their GOS (Game Operating Service) app.

Why is 4gb the default setting? Is there a negative in switching the RAM up to the highest level?

I added the Ram plus into 8 gb is that okay? I have a samsung phone that you have this year, it's definately cool. My mama bought for me, i was definately upset about that phone, cos some features hasn't turned on yet that time, i was confused and my mama almost wanted to return the phone to seller. However, after i turned on some needed features i want to use that phone everyday, don't judge the book by it's cover hehe.😁

Yes, in the 8/ 256GB you can use 8 GB as virtual memory.

I have a dilemma. I just received my A53 5G, everything is pretty awesome except I cannot make or receive calls. I get a busy signal when I try to call out. If someone calls in, it goes straight to voice-mail.
Can you help please

thanks, mine goes up to 8g, maybe it is the 256g model.😁
