When the "Load Gradle changes" button keeps popping up it can get really annoying. But why does IntelliJ IDEA need this button and what does it do?

And why wouldn't you want to click it anyway?

Is there any other way to execute that task from the gradle Tasks? I can’t find the task name

You got me from the title! Shame on you sir! shame on you. :')
For anyone starting to watch, he's just telling you to use a keyboard shortcut or adjust Settings to have automatic reload instead of clicking the button.
