How to feed wild (?!) kookaburras

These wild Kookas have been hanging around our house for a few years. Originally coaxed out of cover by a few pieces of meat thrown towards them, they are now quite happy to sit on our hands as we feed them mince. They will put up with a quick scratch on the head, but if there's no food in it, they don't put up with it for long.
They look for us in the house from various vantage points outside and if they see movement, they head for the kitchen door, where I am feeding them from in this video.
They know that their food comes from the fridge!
We also have some Butcher Birds and Magpies stop by quite often for food and whilst we can also feed them by hand, they are not as tame as the Kookas have become.
There is no love lost between the Kookas, Magpies or the Butcher birds, they all avoid each other where possible and there's often a "CLACK" of beaks and feathers flying if they are all trying to get a feed at the same time!
