This event concludes the first edition of the DAIDA Global Urban Thesis Award, which brought together participants from universities all around the world, with a special interest in urban development and with this year's theme - Water and Development. The award - established by the DAIDA foundation -aims to acknowledge and support master graduates who, through their work, help improve the urban infrastructure and living conditions for vulnerable groups in the rapidly growing cities of developing economies.

The award ceremony will announce this year's best theses on Water and Development and the winners of the three prizes. During the ceremony, the winners will have the opportunity to present their research projects to the audience. There will be a short Q&A with each awardee, in which members of the audience can address questions through the chat.
