ASMR sounds and whispering to help you sleep

I have tried to make a very quiet video containing whispering and sounds, including some silence in between, in order to help you fall asleep and have a good night. This based on my recent insomnia struggle. Yes, I suffered from insomnia during the whole Summer. I used to sleep well but those weeks were incredibly painful. Recently, I have been able to have better nights of sleep, which is helpful for my general health, as you may know if you are here watching this! Let's try to improve our sleep, one minute at a time.
