He should begin by saying with the People who elected him, "ENOUGH"! He should order the NSA and CIA defunded and their duties assigned to the existing Armed Forces. He should require all Obama documents confiscated as evidence in criminal proceedings, to be released at their resolution. He should restrict intelligence gathering to armed forces strategic matters. He should place all domestic terrorism and antiterrorism under authority of the US Marshalls Service and the US Secret Service and change out every officer and employee for existing military personnel, who would be severed from the military to work on the domestic side. He should do this under his authority as President over his cabinet and the armed forces of the United States. He should order the complete cessation of all domestic spying on citizens unless a warrant is granted. He should immediately cease all corporate outsourcing of intelligence and end all deep space programming unless and until full disclosure is made to the American People.
