edit: the live video was online a short time. miho, the bassist, had lost her father recently and was crying through the performance. she was comforted by asami and she didn´t miss a note. very impressive. I love this band.

Some of their most melodic, catchy songs are utterly heartbreaking - A Frozen Serenade, The Unbroken, Addicted, Empty Daydream.

Miyako is my favourite guitarist - possibly one of the all-time greatest. She just needs to be heard by more people.

I absolutely love this song. I'd love to see a live version of this. Not sure if they performed it at the five of a kind tour but haven't seen anyone react to it.

First of all: Thanks SO MUCH for checking out this song!

Secondly, sorry for probably causing some confusion with my remarks regarding Miyako's guitar work: I was primarily referring to that drop dead gorgeous acoustic solo that is performed entirely by her. I was typing on my phone and thus ended up cutting some corners failing to specify this. Of course I love Midori almost just as much.

So just to make this crystal clear:

Miyako performs the acoustic solo. The following harmony obviously features both ladies. This leads into an equally amazing (!) electric guitar solo by Midori that finally is followed by some insanely catchy and frantic dual soloing.

To me those 100 seconds of guitar madness easily rank among the best pieces ever recorded. I could listen to that on an endless loop without ever getting tired of it.

Anyway, thank you very much again!

My God ! Just when you think they have reached their limit with playing and arrangements, there they go again, exceeding your expectations. Miyako's piano and string arragements, then those solos on Spanish guitar and the electric. W T F ! I tell you, if I I ever witnessed this live, my face would be streaming with tears of joy and amazement. This girl Miyako is going to go down in musical history for these contributions. Am I crazy here guys ????

This is soooo good ! The first Spanish Guitar like solo and the second one ....both of them grab my chest and squeeze it ...))
