He's a good manager since this year madrid has become so much better tactically and they score late winners and play good. He has implimented good systems for every player to get there best in there roles and it has worked really well, so i think he could be a really good coach in upcoming years

He could be a very good resilient manager, His father as great as he his got fired from so many teams even with Real Madrid after winning the champions league. his son would have learned how to deal with the pressure of a big club then how to deal with getting fired, learning from your mistakes and trying again with a new club.
