The co-evolution of emotions and language
There is very little discussion of the relationship between the evolution of language and emotions, but today we think that language is a suite of human cognitive abilities and has co-evolved at the same time as other human capabilities. The evolution of language depends on emotional preconditions and as language has evolved it has changed the emotional profile of human beings.
