League of Legends Patch 10.14 Qiyana Q Cooldown Bug

This is a video of a bug i found with qiyana that resets the q cooldown instantly when casted. I did some more research and I discovered: once this bug is activated, i can´t be disabled any more. Some times, it goes on cooldown but when you used your W again, Q has no cooldown once again, so this seems like a pretty big bug, that can be abused very hard because only mana can limit you and with a tear, or even a blue buff, even that seems like no problem.
