The issue you may encounter is although your waterproofing is there, if my calculations are correct 3000 gallons of water weighs 11 tonnes so it can be the best sealing job in the world but can it handle 11 tonnes of weight...

Sure hope that concrete floor can hold 24, 000 pounds of water.

So glad you didn't use durock. Its is an absolutely garbage product. I cant believe it's even on the market. Its brittle as hell, screws destroy it, and its a nightmare to cut. What you used is great, but Hardy board is a great inexpensive alternative to durock.
