I don't typically comment, but I wanted to say your message to those experiencing grief was comforting. I had a stillbirth five days ago and it's been so hard dealing with the physical pain of recovery from a c-section on top of the emotional pain of losing my son. If anyone else is out there also experiencing this grief, please know you are not alone. We can get through this. ❤

I lost my son in 2019 . I usually go on YouTube to distract myself from overthinking, I stumbled upon this video today and was so comforted by the message discussing grief . I was not expecting that message, your words were so kind and thoughtful.

Your message today caught me off guard. My mom passed 1 month ago from Alzheimer’s. It’s been a long hard journey with that disease. I would share your uplifting messages with my daughter as we both struggled with caring for my mom that we were slowly losing day by day. I thank you for your kind words. They do help. I have to go get a tissue now 🥹.

My husband of 41 years passed in November. We were just at Disneyland in May of 2023. He was 65 and was superfit. We went to Disney World for our 40th for 10 days! Thank you so much for your message today. I was sad I was wondering if I would ever go to a Disney Park again. Everything you said was spot on and I have so many wonderul memories of him with me at Disney. We were able to go on Splash mountain last year and we bought t-shirts for our final ride. Mine said one last splash his said briar patch farewell tour. We took before and after picutures and sat in the front of the log! We were soaked but we had a wonderful time. Thank you for reminding me of these wonderful memories.

There's no way around it, but grief can just really, really suck. And it's a ever changing thing for us to go through. I lost my husband of almost 9 years to cancer 23 years ago. I've been a widow longer than we were married. We were very blessed with 2 sons who are now grown adults. Thank you Chris for your messages to all of us no matter what any of us might be going through or not going through. Your messages never fail to lift me up on days i didn't realize my spirit needed a little cheering up so to speak. It's never a accident that i tune in to either just watch a recent video post or I'm catching up on videos of how your messages deliver that little cheer i needed to hear. I so, so appreciate you, as well as your lovely sweet family for all that you do in sharing these videos with us all. You're amazing and our world is better because you're all in it with us. I have faith I'll be blessed to see you at one of the parks one of these years.

Yes, Food Part II.

Chris, while the quality of your content is off the hook, the single best part of each and every post is your affirmation. It never ceases to touch me in some way. Thank you for everything you do.

Food Part 2!

My family and I walked past you as you began this vlog. We wanted to say hi but we didn’t want to interrupt your video. After hearing your message, I wish that we had. I lost my dad to a brutal battle with cancer in August 2021 and he wouldn’t have hesitated to stop you to say hi. Thank you for all that you do.

Food Part 2, and 3 and 4, ill watch them all.😂
I lost my sister Nov 12, 2010 to suicide, which was devastating. But then I lost my dad (91 yrs old) to prostate cancer last Nov, and of course on the 12th, and life has been a roller coaster since. Like you said, one day I smile when i see his picture, then another, I'm the saddest I've ever been. I feel so blessed to have had him my 47 years of life, but the grief is still so raw. Thank you for your words. Sometimes hearing something like that from someone you've never met, hits differently. We all have lost someone, friend or family, and it's good to be reminded that so many know exactly how we're feeling. We're never alone. Thank you again. 😊

My mom loved Disneyland. She died December 24, 2022. Going to the park has helped so much, but grief is really hard. Thank you for your words. Would love to see another food video - Food Part 2.

Lost my mom in 2022 and my special needs brother two months ago. It was a privilege to be with them not only their last years of life, but also their last moments. Looks like there were several of us who needed that message, Chris. Thanks for the encouragement.

My grandfather passed away on October 31st and it’s been a lot harder to hand to move through the grief than I expected. Your videos are very uplifting and your messages bring so much joy. Thank you for all your hard work on these videos.
Yes, definitely a Food Part 2!

Wow...thank you! I was not expecting to cry watching this video. Thank you for your lovely words. My mom passed 4 years ago. I totally agree with you about living life how she would want me to. She loved Disney and I try to go as often as possible and take my 6 year old son with me.

God bless you and sending you love for your loss.

about your affirmation, it kinda hit me hard, i'm having a tough time even remembering what my dad sounded like, i do remember at his funeral back in 2014 or 15 one of his friends told me that if they close their eyes i sound exactly like him but the thing is i'm also having a hard time with memory, my memory is starting to go and i'm only 42 but i do remember one time in disneyland we were in the park sometime in the afternoon eating lunch and we had been there since the gates opened and i was sitting at the table dozing off and my face almost went right into my food until my dad caught my face with my hand and flicked the back of my head saying wake up lol

Lost my brother in one of the most painful ways 2 years ago. You said brother first when listing those close to you who we may have lost. I really felt like you were talking to me. Thank you for your loving kind and encouraging words (always) Chris. Your videos and your family bring much regular joy. Can’t thank you enough. ❤❤❤
