Well, what you could do, that helps almost everyone, is to pause the video, do the fold and play it again and keep on doing it to the very last fold.
and remember when "I" can, "YOU" can do it too! ;)

You should be able to find them at stationary stores!
If not, just don't worry! I have been using print paper too! ;)
