InDesign JavaScript by LFCorullón | Select desired frame type

If you have lots of objects and want to select just some kind of frames, text frames, for example, this script allows you to keep just those ones selected. Just select everything, run the script, select the desired frame type and click OK. Just the ones matching with the content type you want will be kept in your selection.
