I made spaghetti sauce from scratch, a lug of roma tomatoes, a 1/2 head of garlic, onion, celery, bell pepper, then I added spicy Italian sausage to give the sauce extra flavor. I thought it tasted fabulous. Made it for my parents, and they were like little kids, running around, going on about where's the salt/sugar. I couldn't stop laughing, trying to tell them I got this from Lydia's Kitchen, it's healthy for you this way. Yeah, I didn't have to cook the rest of my stay with them, love and miss you Mom and Dad 💜💝💜
