Some time later, Seti dies and Ramses is made the new Pharaoh. He learns of Moses' lineage from Hegep. A servant named Miriam (Tara Fitzgerald) is brought before him for interrogation at the behest of Queen Tuya (Sigourney Weaver). Ramses questions if she is Moses' sister. He nearly cuts off her arm until Moses intervenes and says she is his sister.

Not the greatest movie I’ve ever seen, and I only saw it a fortnight ago ( Better late than never 🤣). I thought both Bale and Edgerton Who is horribly underrated IMO, did their best within the confines of a poor script . Joel Edgerton stole every scene he was in as the ruthless but vulnerable Ramses .

I thought this was the best scene in what is otherwise a lacklustre adaption of the Exodus story. I remember watching it in the cinemas with the enhanced sound adding to the suspense, which then culminated with a fantastic exclamation (& intervention) of brotherly love Moses displayed to protect Miryam.

I like the part with all the tornadoes like ten of them in the sky with the lightning and storm specifically over the Red Sea where Ramses is trying to cross unfortunately that wasn't an option - off the table so to speak - the tornadoes went away and the sunshine came out the storm passed the second the threat was perished - Ramses tried to bring his own plague to the Hebrews ironic enough exactly what he wanted and wished and threatened he was going to do ended up happening specifically only to him and his peoples and nobody else the same plague he was wishing on others - ironic think god does have a sense of humor tho - I wonder why people don't have faith and listen anymore ? Seems like it's been a very very very costly bad mistake not to listen and pay attention ? Don't want to help people and America or human beings ? Why not ? If I'm trying to help human being peoples and help America then who exactly are all of you people trying to help ? 💁😳🙏 for the record there is something out there bigger than Ron and his cronies - I can't stress enough that there won't be any profit any positive or good things to ever happen again and in case your English is a little worrisome - the good things in life the positive things that make it worth fighting for and continuing on the journey all those things are off the table and won't be happening ever again unless there is change unless you do the right thing stop breaking the law everyday start being kind and stop lying stop the hate and do the right thing otherwise this is what you have asked for and this is what you deserve - it's only gonna get worse and worse by the second and my smartphone hasn't rung so I guess your not desperate yet obviously ? I fear that you are making very very bad decisions and running out of time - you cannot go back and change anything - every second it's gonna get worse and worse and worse there is injustice like you cannot possibly imagine happening everyday year after year and it will come to an end one way or another it's gonna end ! I'd say do the right thing and speak English but I'm I have my doubt !
