I feel this... I'm a dog groomer currently working at corporate grooming salon so my wage is crap....
People always tip their nail tech. People always tip their hair stylist. But I am lucky to make $5 in tips a day. And I work my ass off. Grooming is probably the hardest thing I have done. It's a hard job. And it's sort of frustrating that I know if it was human hair I was cutting I would be getting tipped...

When you work in an industry that relies on tips, you have to understand your going to win some, your going to lose some, but at the end of the day if you provide good service it will all work out.

Last week I had a $400 pizza delivery to a church and had to carry it all up a bunch of stairs. They tipped me nothing. Zero. My very next delivery was a $54 order to a mobile home community. They gave me $100 and said keep the change. It all worked out!
