I currently have 4 of these income streams...day job, own business as a side hustle, dividend income, and interest savings. I'm not a millionaire, but I'm saving more than I spend outside of my bills, paying down debt, and will eventually start real estate investing.

1. Software developer courses I've made on Pluralsight.
2. Books I've published with a traditional publisher.
3. Language licensing rights on books I've self-published.
4. Content licensing rights on my video and course content to content libraries.

I think the easiest way to get a second income is to invest in a dividend paying stock. Everyone wants to learn how to go from one income to seven. Try going from one income to two incomes.

Great topic Ryan! With research I saw that rental and profit income are the best tax wise. I do like dividend and interest income cause like you said it’s 100% passive; however, still vulnerable to taxes somehow 😱

Great video on passive income streams! It’s not just how many sources of income rich people have, but how wide each of these sources is! Some of these sources are so wide (such as multi unit real estate properties), that if a few units become vacant or one entire property goes out of operation, they really don’t feel any loss because their rest of their portfolio is kicking in streams of income. Great video on highlighting the multiple streams characteristics that millionaires use to create wealth! 💰💯
