Neeraj Sir, why did you not cover the provision of Capital Gains chapter which says that "In case of transfer of a residential unit by way of first time allotment between 12.11.2020 to 30.06.2021, where the consideration does not exceed 2 crores, the consideration received would be the full value of consideration if the stamp duty value does not exceed 120% of the consideration received."

I have bought Income Tax lecture for November 22 and watched all the lectures of PGBP and CG and I have not came across that provision.
