I have been searching the internet to shreds, and can't find anything (besides sportsbikes) with larger engine than 155cc, for rent. I am concerned, if that will be enough in the mountains, considering I weigh well over 120kg, and I will not be alone on the bike.

You failed to cover what happens if the bike gets stolen or you crash it. Usually that is an extra 60-90PHP a day to cover that.
