I don't hate Sally but her screaming "I dont wanna go to prison" made laugh... I'm cruel. Ahh. Corrie could do its own version of PCBH now! WITH SALLY AS THE REMAND PRISONER! YESS!!!

I'm not really someone who particularly dislikes Sally but I don't really have much sympathy for her here because she was dumb enough to let herself get so upset about Sophie and Paula that she is playing with her life.

That security man taking her down, very gentle and you could tell he felt for sally and didn't really want to have to take her down

God I always get chills whenever I see a UK Soap Character go to Prison, they go downstairs like a Dungeon. On US Soaps, they handcuff the person, let them say goodbye to Family and then off they go to Prison. The Guards aren't sympathetic at all. They get screamed at to strip like Lily Walsh did on As The World Turns.

This storyline, in my opinion, is similar to the Deirdre Barlow/Rachid and Jon Lindsay storyline back in 1997-1998.

Sally was upset after Tim asked if she'd had an affair with Duncan. Will the pair be able to get through the trial with their relationship in tact? Coronation street returns to ITV on Friday at 7.30 pm Sally exploded at Duncan in front of the jury as he lied about her tonight

after watching the old episodes, its really sad that they had to ruin so many characters like gail and sally for example. they are so annoying now, but back then they had real personality and reasoning for the things they did. now its just a joke.

It reminds me of when Bugs Bunny did an imitation of a Judge in a Movie where he says "I'm The Mayor Of The Town And Gentlemen Of The Jury, You Can't Sent That Poor Boy To Prison, calling Dr. Gillespie."

I don't understand why that childish, ignorant, whiny, stubborn, cognitively negative, dictatorial and entitled busybody 'Sally' is still part of the storylines on Corrie. What is attractive or interesting or enjoyable in her character, dialogue and storylines?

Is it horrible that as Sally was being led down the stairs to be remanded, I was laughing my head off? I'm sorry but it serves her right. Sally is always damned high-handed and unapologetic about her actions and who they hurt. I mean, she's so bad that instead of admitting she was wrong to contact Fischer, she turned her barbed tongue on Imran and sold out his biz which, had NOTHING to do with the proceedings at hand. Dunno why Imran feels badly tho cuz Sally dug her own grave. Hope she rots in there, or learns some humility at the very least.

The biggest mistake that they made was that they were trying to "recreate" "The Weatherfield One". Also somebody should have remembered that Sally Dyvenor doesn't have the same Iconic Status that Anne Kirkbride did. The one positive thing is that you learned that although we've come a long way in terms of Technology we can't be too careful especially when it comes to Money Wiring, don't trust anyone.

God how many Women were sent to Jail who lived on The Street. Gail, Tracy, Maria, Sally, and of course Diedre In Albert Squre it's just as bad Sam Mitchell, Stacey Slater, Janine Butcher, Mo Slater, then one of The Mitchell Sisters.

If you want to hear a memorable "Line". Check out 1985 on The Young & The Restless where Jill Foster Abbott tells her Husband that if she doesn't settle with her Soon To be Ex Husband John Abbott she will tell the Judge about The "Man" in The Pictures she had Sex with. He doesn't care but when she tells him it was his Only Son at the time Jack he didn't want to believe it, but when he saw Jack's Forearms, His Knees and the mark at his forehand he was Toast. Then he kept hearing over and over "It Was Jack!" "It Was Jack!" in his mind. In the long run he had to give Jill 20% of Jabot The Cosmetics Firm he started from scratch, then in 1989 he "lost" The Company to Victor Newman in a Hostile Takeover when Jack said to take The Company Public.

Sally is a great character and a great actor when she was leaving the court I felt such sympathy she is an amazing actress I never want her to leave the soap ever!
