The resurgence of 00s dub in the modern scene with artists like Hamdi and the influence they've had for other artists has made dubstep really good for me, again. My favorite thing to listen to in 2024, actually. There's groove and musicality in these darker/deeper dub tracks, not just a wall of distorted sound with the same quarter or 8th note patterns. Happy we've kinda made a circle.
