This is actually so real bro....we should have models that actuallly represent our struggles so we can relate :)

Skincare brands use models with good skin to show that the products work, like how people wouldn't buy an acne removal product and have a model with a lot of acne, it would make you think it doesn't work

So important about the sheets! Your diet also plays a HUGE role, when I eat a lot of sugar I always break out more (this is just me, for others it could be dairy, grains, or not food related at all)

The point of having models with perfect skin is to show that their products work.

I agree with the fragrance one SO much. I literally hate using a product if it doesn't smell good and sometimes the unscented ones smell absolutely horrible.

The fragrance one is so true. I use a milky toner with a floral fragrance and it didn’t break me out or irritate my skin. My skin is so much softer now and my pores have actually reduced in size

True! Plus the food we decide to consume. I’m a sugar addict, I spent one summer consuming mostly fruit smoothies and my skin was the clearest it had ever been! (Honestly I need to get back into that routine haha)

If you feel insecure about not having flawless skin, remember lots of K-pop idols, celebrities, Actors have flaws since they are human!
Lots of celebrities use Photoshop, makeup, expensive treatments, and plastic surgery. Its not that hard to cover "imperfections"with filters and Photoshop.
So dont worry about your skin not being perfect.❤

I agree with all of them except i wanna add something to the fragrances one
I have really bad psoriasis and eczema on my face and fragrances are the bane of my existence i can only have natural fragrances and then barley some of them. Most fragrences are fake and unnatural. I believe if it is natural its okay and if it isn’t its bad

The hair products you use and how you use them can be a cause for acne as well

The last one is so true! We need people without perfect skin to model too!

thanks you for saying that skincare isnt always the cure! i have pretty bad acne (not that bad but worse than the norm) and everytime i talk about my acne, there is always some person like “well have you tried washing your face sweetie?” *yes i have sharon.*
neptunicdragons.
my acne completely went away after i started drinking a lot more water + healthier diet 🥰🥰
so
don’t forget about the water u use to wash ur face. some places/areas have hard and soft water/contain a lot of chlorine which can affect ur skin 🫣

The last one about the faces for brands is so true, I approve my skincare by which ones have the model faces that are not perfect and they always work better than the fake ones with too perfect faces 😂❤

I agree my bedsheets are alyways clean and have never got acne I may be to young to get it but still Ik people my age who get it!
xxlilyxx
Some brands put people with not perfect skin or they show non perfect skin before and then perfect skin after to show there products work

The acne one is too true as I have spots on my forehead-whilst I have drunk elephant and stuff like that I don’t use it because it is not good for my face-I just use clearisil which helps me a lot!-im 13 btw x
