Google Workspace vs Microsoft 365 Copilot : A New Era Of AI Productivity!

Google and Microsoft have decided to incorporate AI technology into their productivity products. Google announced a suite of upcoming generative AI features for its Workspace apps, such as Google Docs, Gmail, Sheets, and Slides. Just two days after Google's announcement, on March 16, 2023, Microsoft revealed its latest plans to make artificial intelligence more accessible to users in response to Google's recent unveils. Microsoft previewed a new AI tool called "Copilot" for Microsoft 365, which includes Word documents, Excel spreadsheets, PowerPoint presentations, and Outlook emails. The intense competition between Google and Microsoft to develop the most advanced generative AI technology will likely significantly impact the tech industry and beyond.

From the introductory videos from both companies, it seems Copilot is well designed to allow repeatedly refinement between the human user and the copilot to optimize the document generated and to sync across word, excel, powerpoint and outlook email to get a set of consistent and high quality documents.
