I started watching Anna Cramling's vids a couple months ago. The passion and hilarity inspired me to play my first 2 games of chess on some phone app. I hadn't played since I was about 9 previously. It's been over 30 years. While the cow opening didn't specifically inspire me, nor have I played it. The excitement Anna exhibits in all of her videos, including the cow related ones were inspiring! But thanks to all of you chess content creators for your content. Levy, Botez, Hikaru, Dina, and Anna have all been entertaining.

To me, Dina's "look" towards Anna at the end of game was one of being impressed yet relieved. Anna really showed her potential in this tournament, and Dina I'm sure noticed that. Bravo to both players!

You handled yourself so well during this interaction with Dina. You kept things very friendly, yet didn't get intimidated. Dina took this so seriously, and she was still feeling tilted that she didn't beat you on your OTB match. Her position on The Cow in my opinion is inaccurate. I can see The Cow as a great beginner opening to learn (easy, symmetrical, playable both colors). Think of The Cow not as the be all ultimate opening but as a gateway to learning more chess and other openings. Plus, The Cow is just a fun opening to play!

2. She shows her wins, her losses, and she takes JOY in the game .
3. She demonstrates that chess is a fun game, even if you lose and that you can learn from the process.
4. She doesn't look so serious and spend all her time criticizing others, she doesn't dwell on drama . . . unless it's some game drama in the moment.
