Nice basic build guide!
HV: If have the green hovers (4) and add some blue (2-4), then the green ones will still work directional. Add a couple of thrusters facing backwards then a small HV works fine early on climbing most mountains, maybe add a RCS.
BA: Bases can be built in space, then no SI. Some POI bases can be floating, but regular player can not place one, have no SI.

15:00 if you replace 6 of the initial blocks with thrusters and just put a chair on it instead of the full cockpit along with the generator and fuel tank the SV will fly just fine. That's the minimum you need to get around on an O2 planet. You don't need 14 thrusters to make a working SV.

Great video Spanj takes me back to when you first started your "Spanj's Build Academy" series which I do still use if I get stuck or my brain stops working.. 🤯they were extremely helpful when I first started playing especially with things like using signals and sensors and the copy/paste feature when building. 👍
