Woke up at 4am feeling horrible (really wanted to throw up and had diarrhea)
It’s 4:30am now and luckily I had some (thank you Mom and Dad)

Got depressed and didn't eat for a few days, when i started eating (small and healthy) portions ...its like my upper and lower gi went into superspeed mode once i started eating again even with smoothies...indigestion, gas, constipation, Diarrhea....I thought maybe it was my anxiety making me feel this way...baby as soon as i took a swoop of pepto i felt IMMEDIATELY better...gotta thank our ancestors and people that lived before us for their hard work and dedication...innovations are truly a beautiful thing.

I ate some bad fruit one day and a hour later felt like someone was stabbing me in the stomach with a rusty blade, runny stool, hurling up my intestines from both ends then I took two capfuls of this and it literally stopped all of that in 30 and I was finally able to go to sleep it’s a life saver.
