Good morning friend, can you help me? I have a Roland SP 540i, it started to fail in magenta, I replaced the dump and cap station, but I ended up breaking the magenta plastic connector where the dump connects. So I took the connector from another disposal head and put it on this head. Until then the black and blue was normal. But after doing this, it no longer fires both heads, the white test print comes out and the printout comes out too. Can you advise me if a security lock may have occurred on the machine, and where can I unlock it in the service mode panel or directly on the equipment? I needed to deliver some work and I've had it stopped for four days now.
