Hi Tina! I was so disappointed today when my cashier at CVS was so rude and told me that there was a new rule that I could only do 2 transactions per day! Would not let me do a 3rd transaction to be able to roll over my extra bucks that I had just received. The worst part was that the manager at the store backed her up saying that people - me in this instance- abuse the system and get stuff for "free". So as per district rules that's how it goes. This " rule" does not even make any sense. That means that all costumers can only go twice per day at CVS? Ridiculous. I called CVS CS and they basically said that is not true but also mention district rules vary at stores. She suggest me to bring CVS policy to the store and also if I encountered once again this situation to ask the manager the proper documentation where it states I can only do 2 transactions per day. So I went back inside and try to make my 3rd transaction but this lady had a long line and was acting up with other costumer. People in front of me decided to go and paid at the pharmacy so I did. The manager came and said the same thing so I told him politely that I just spoke with CS and the outcome of the conversation. So nicely I said I will proceed and do my purchase and the system will let me know if I was "abusing" the system since I only purchase within the limits of the products and that for sure the system will know that I already made my 2 purchases per day 😅 and would not let me proceed.
Of course non of that happened, applied my in card coupons, rolled my extra bucks and left the store .99 cents for a 17 dollar purchase. 🐒 So after my long vent.... Did I act wrong? That is the only CVS near me the next one is 45 min away... I try to get as many deals as I can in 1 trip because I have 3 kids that I have to take with me, 7, 2 and 6 months. I have my hands full already that's is why I try to do it in one trip. I just started couponing 2 months ago and your video motivated a lot to save for my family and help my husband with the cost in this great way cuz I am a stay home mom.
Any way I am looking forward to be in you class next Thursday, can wait!!!! Hope you can include how to try to deal with these situations because I'm sure is not the last time this will happen.
