I struggle with working out too, sometimes just taking a walk for 30 minutes after dinner is all I can squeeze in. I’ve had stomach problems as well and stress and anxiety does add to it for me. The more relaxed I am the less I have the tummy issues. I think you’re on the right track with cleaner eatting until you figure out what’s going on. Wishing you all the best and loving the videos.

It could also be IBS. With the stomach pains. I would be very careful with a food sensitivity test just based on what I know about them as a dietitian, a piece of your hair, or whatever that you might sending can’t tell you foods to stay away from if that makes sense I would just be very cautious with those.

Based on your You Tube videos you seem to wear your glasses about as often as you wear contacts. Doing that is so much healthier for your eyes than wearing contacts all the time. I was an optician for many years before retiring and I saw so many cases of eye infections, eye ulcers and worse simply due to people over wearing their contacts. People don't seem to understand that contacts really should never be wore longer than 10 to 12 hours a day and not more than 5 days a week. That's why when you wear contracts your required to get yearly eye exams, something not required for wearing glasses. The reason for the difference is so the doctor can keep a close watch on the health of their eyes. So continue doing what your doing.
I assume you get your glasses and contacts from the same place you get your eyes examined at. Not surprising that's what approximately 80% of people do. And even with the help of insurance you can expect to pay several hundred dollars out of your pocket for glasses and maybe about the same for a supply of contacts. Have you ever considered getting your glasses and contacts on-line? It's really a great way to save a considerable amount on both. I first became aware of the on-line glasses sites and contact lens sites thanks to the girls that worked in our store. Nearly all of them wore glasses, not all that surprising considering they working in an optical store. Even though they each were provided with yearly eye exams as well as new glasses ever 6 months they still enjoyed shopping for even more glasses from the numerous glasses sites. They didn't bother looking for contacts sites because they were allowed unlimited supplies of them from our store. But I did some checking once 1-800 contacts started selling contacts on-line and found a number of other sources for contacts as well. The best source for contacts in the brand you wear is "lens.com". Less than "1-800 contacts" and less than what you pay from your local optical store. You can save about 15% to 20%. But glasses on-line is a much better savings. many have complete glasses including the lenses in your prescription for as little as $7.00 and hundreds for under $20.00. The 3 sites i found to be extremely good are Zenni Optical, Lensmart and Payne Glasses.
