World 1-Cannon: Warping to World 5 (Unlocked by taking the secret exit in 1-Tower)
World 2-Cannon: Warping also to World 5 (Unlocked by taking the secret exit in 2-A)
World 3-Cannon: Warping to World 6 (Unlocked by taking the secret exit in 3-Ghost House)
World 4-Cannon: Warping to World 7 (Unlocked by taking the secret exit in 4-Ghost House)
World 5-Cannon: Warping to World 8 (Unlocked by taking the secret exit in 5-Ghost House)

There was another way to unlock world 7. You had to get the mini blue toad thing from a shop and then had to go to world 4 - ghost level, then had to go through an alternative exit, whilst being super small Mario or luigi.
