New Wing Buffs obtainable from Spirits with the new capes

Collecting these capes does not count toward constellation completion progress

As a result of ensuring this new tier of items on the Spirits’ Friendship Trees do not count toward constellation completion, the requirements to complete the Daylight Prairie and Hidden Forest constellations have been reduced. The wave and cry spirits already had one extra tier than all other spirits (indicated by additional Wing Buffs) which no longer count toward constellation completion.

With this change the Ascended Candle costs for some Wing Buffs have been adjusted
