Hey Danny, get rid of that f--king pot, I'm a chef also and it wouldn't have lasted a day in my kitchen. Love your videos, very entertain and informative.Love what you said about the veal

Here's the recipe:


Ravioli (we are using cheese ravioli)
1 can of crush tomato
White onion, chopped
Olive oil
Dry porcini mushroom
s
Parsley
Salt
Pepper

Start by placing dry porcini mushroom in a bowl of warm water! Let it sit in water for about ten mins.
Place olive oil in pot and heat

When oil is hot, throw in the chopped onions
Take porcini mushrooms out of the bowl and cut them up! Then place them into the pan.
Add a little of the water that the porcini mushrooms were in for some extra flavor.
Then add crush tomato in and mix.
Add salt and pepper

Add parsley and give it all another mix.
Leave on a medium flame and let cook for about 25-30 mins .
When there is about five more minutes left to your sauce, throw ravioli in boiling water.
When raviolis are done, add them into the sauce and we are ready to eat!
