I had also read that comment is totally agreed with the reality of finding govt assistant professor job, today all dream jobs are full of competition so in ds line u must have to patience, communications skills and be expert in your subject, after clearing net, u should join assistant professor job in private colleges as a contract basis and govt colleges as guest faculty for gaining teaching experience, it helps you to get a pure assistant professor job in govt sector
