Are you looking for practice in identifying multiple functional groups? It is common to be asked to identify the number of functional groups present in a given compound. Or to list the different functional groups in a complex compound. We are going to look at three examples in this video focusing on aspirin structure, followed by capsaicin and pink phyllobiladiene (PiCC).

In the video, I will also highlight the common mistakes you might make while trying to figure out how many functional groups in the compound.
