You can do most of this already on android with the YouTube Studio app. YT Studio -> Vidoes->tap Video ->tap edit pencil.
You can edit tags, description, etc. Just trying to help, TubeBuddy is great.

Yes! In my situation I can’t sit at home on a desktop and just create. Literally all but the VO is done “on the road” for my videos. So I’m always on the iPhone. I’m on it right now! A real saver here!!

I started using TubeBuddy 9 months ago on Desktop and am pleased with it's features, though I haven't made time to use all of it's capabilities yet. Even just using a few key ones it's a great tool!

I use Tubebuddy and VidIQ. I was so excited about tubebuddys new feature that suggested tags as you type them. THEN VidIQ added the same exact feature and it covers up Tubebuddy completely. That was really lame of them to do that imo!! I complained to VidIQ and told Tubebuddy through twitter. Tubebuddy was surprised that VidIQ would steal their feature so quickly. It was literally the next day.

Youtube hasnt added this because "TAGS" are a way for people to find "YOUR" video, not a way for people to add the most popular tags to get the most amount of views. If everyone has the same tags, nobodys video will be different from another video and every time someone searches the guy with the most subs will Tags are meant to explain the video if you cant fit it in the title, or it dont look good as a title
