I never saw this show, but the best twist of this scene would be to find out that it was the mother who tried to poison her husband. Her own daughter accidentally switched goblets. Bet the mother would realize who was at fault for her imprisonment in stone and she'd try to enact revenge against Bean, her own child.

Absolutely wild with foreshadowing the fact that she didn't even want slightly acknowledge Zug in that situation outside of being handed the drink and immediately went to try and grab a hold of Bean while being turned to stone. Like holy shit. Also the fact that it's unquestionable that she most likely tried to kill zog with this hence why it was even in the room in the first place, let alone in the king's bed chamber in his drink. Only one person could have done that other than being and obviously she didn't cuz she's a baby
