How to open and view 2 Excel workbooks at the same time

This is a simple and quick video showing you how you can open and work on 2 excel workbooks at the same time. This is very useful if you need to work on, or view, 2 workbooks simultaneously.

Please subscribe to the channel!

The steps are as follows.
1. Open the first workbook you need to view and let this load onto the screen (I find this much easier to split screen).
2. Press your start menu and open Microsoft Excel (this may be hidden in "Office") This will open Excel from scratch.
3. Once the new Excel has loaded, press file then open.
4. Navigate to your other workbook on your computer and click to open.
There you have it!
