It makes sense, it would take time to build an army and train them. Always keep that in mind when writing, your times should make sense. If it would reasonably take time for a character to complete something, let it take its time

I've always assumed that act 1 would be dealing with the aftermath of the rocket, then there would be a time skip before season 2's story actually kicks in proper. Similar to season 1.

Sevika looks so cool. I do think the scene with her talking about unifying the undercity while she has short hair is a deceptive cut. I don't think she's talking to jinx there, and I think Sevika wont stay loyal to her past act 1. I think its about anyone else, but a wild theory I have is that she'll at some point take a liking to Ambessa and follow her.
