The Kingsleys are hitting the FX return of the Boogie, and going straight into the front of the Victory. The amps are set wet dry: Boogie is the wet amp (with vibrato, reverb and delay pedals); Victory is dry. Both amps get all drive pedals.

These Electromstics are something else, I have the Aspen Green G5420T and its my favourite guitar, super versatile for cleans for overdriven sounds, country, spaghetti western music, blues, rockabilly, funk, rock, ambient etc, etc. just s killer looking, build and sounding Gretsch.

I just got a “used” (read: NOS) 2018 G5420t orange stain. Got the chance to plug it in and crank it for the first time tonight. Good lord...I’m in love. It is exactly to tone Ive had in my head for a long time and I was able to get the feedback I’ve been searching for at a volume I can actually get away with playing.

I own one. It's simple is easy is good for the price and for anyone who just want to plug in an amp to play.

I do love to put thicker strings like 11s.

With the treb bleeds you don't have to worry about the volume and treb ratio issues.

I have the single cutaway version of that in black with the gold hardware as well. Sweet sound. Using an AC30 with blue ALNICO speakers. Chime is beautiful. Stomp on the OCD and it crunches something fantastic. One of my favorite guitars right now. It was your demo on Anderton's last year Mick that helped sell me to try one.

I went into my local guitar shop and not meaning to buy, just browsing... saw a Gretsch Electromatic Jet and instantly wanted to try it. It looked good but more than that it 'felt' right, seemed to just fit me. I was really impressed at how easy and enjoyable it was to play too, bought it on the spot and it's now my #1 guitar. If you've never given Gretsch a try do yourself a favour, drop by your guitar shop and try one out. Those filter-trons are amazing!

I play metal and hard rock, and never would have thought Gretsch would fit that sound but this axe is working big time!
