The Sherman firefly was absolute shit, slower, no armor and was a easy target for german tanks since it had a longer barrel and was easy to pick out, the M4A3E8 would’ve been a much better choice

tiger 2 is terrible it couldn't go 2km without breaking down or having transmission problems. it was unnecessarily heavy and was so slow and the welding was inferior to the earlier tiger 1, it was also a very expensive tank taking up all of germany's resources
