I'm a confirmed Apple fanboy, but I made the change to the S8 after having every iPhone from the 3g to the 6s Plus. I was a bit daunted at first, but the Samsung is a fantastic phone and I got used to android within a couple of days. I really can't see me going back to iOS.

I have the S7 and it was the best when it came out. But since software updates and app updates it preforms worse than my wife's iphone 6s. The battery has gone down the drain and apps are slow to open. I'm seriously considering the iphone 8 based on the processor specifically. I don't want a phone that looses it's edge in a year. Do this video comparison one year later and run app speed tests and overall usability tests. If the S8 is still better I'll be surprised.

Really good review. I'm a former apple employee and I'm buying the Samsung S8. Apple is hype. People who haven't been II side that culture don't know. I'm not trapped by a Apple ecosystem. Apple controls people's creativity by locking you into their ecosystem. My chains are broken S8 for me

Idk I just like the simplicity of the iPhone and just how smooth it runs. I’ve had Samsungs, Sony, LGs. And they all freeze and glitch out too often. I’ve had the iPhone6s for the past year and it’s glitched out maybe once and that was only after an IOS update

What people seems to not really mention is that yes you can expand the memory with a micro sd card but that does not really expand your storage the way you think since you can’t store all the apps on the card and the speed of these cards is not the same as the internal storage speed. It’s great to store videos, photos and music but not to change the phone to store everything to the expandable storage card

Been using the s8 since it's release date and I'm loving it. Switched from iOS, which I used for 6 years before.
