LIVE | SOON: Police give update on crash involving pedestrians on Ocean Parkway

Four people, including at least three children, were injured in a crash involving two vehicles on Ocean Parkway Saturday, according to police.

Saw this accident from sidewalk and was horrifying and extremely disturbing to see small children flying n passing away on the street and the driver was also probably passed underneath the vehicle. Children are in heaven now and deep condolences to the family members. Prayer 🙏

Used to live near that intersection in 2009. Walked my two dogs there and remember sitting on the benches at the service road. Terrible tragedy. Something definitely has to be done with irresponsible drivers, especially one who have already had their licenses suspended.

Crazy . . . woman indicted for manslaughter. The woman had 26 speeding and red light violations since 2023. Albany better get that law passed that requires speed limiting devices to be installed on cars that these negligent people insist on driving even after having licenses suspended. Drove a taxicab in NY for a couple of years. Only saw 3 accidents in all that time driving a taxicab. In general, New Yorkers are good drivers with the exception of driving in snow and ice where I grew up. Awful tragedy, need stricter enforcement of driving laws.
