Very similar setup with the Godox V1 and the Godox AK-R22 diffuser. Makes a world of difference in the photos!

What shutter speed do you recommend? I used to use 60 5.6 with asa 100 in the old days but I'm not as sure with digital

Well, it does light up the room.
I suppose the color is a matter of taste.
I'm surprised at so much distortion.

I would say decent documentation photos for that kind of lighting situation.

Do u have the flash in manual or TTL? I found that it is to inconsistent with TTL unless I’m doing something wrong.
