If you get paid every two weeks, a monthly budget won't cut it-you need a bi-weekly budget. This method, also known as paycheck budgeting, breaks your finances into two-week cycles, aligning your income with your expenses.

First, list your paycheck amounts and due dates, then organize your monthly bills by when they're due. Account for variable expenses like groceries and gas, and don't forget irregular costs like birthdays or travel.

Once you've categorized everything, create a plan for each paycheck, ensuring you cover your bills, daily expenses, and savings goals without overspending.

To make this process effortless, Lunch Money offers built-in bi-weekly budgeting tools. You can set your budgeting period to match exactly when you get paid, and create a budget based on that time frame!

It also syncs with your financial accounts, categorizes transactions, and tracks your progress automatically-so you always know where your money is going.

Plus, it highlights upcoming bills, helping you avoid surprises and stay on track.

I have been looking for a program like this for a while. I’ve spent the last month testing out so many different budgeting programs and came across one video for lunch money. I’m not sure why more people aren’t talking about this more. It seems to be leading towards having every feature I have been looking for, and the biweekly budgeting is huge. I can’t seem to get that feature to show up in the iPhone app though. Am I missing a setting or something?
